Top Summit Apex Estimating is a multi-faceted construction-based company. We use science to help solve the world’s most challenging problems. Our focus is equating Civil Engineering techniques to real world applications. Soon to be WBE, MBE, and DBE certified.
WHAT WE DO:
Construction planning, estimating/takeoff, demolition/site preparation, and inspection all work together to make sure projects are well-organized, safely completed, and meet required codes and standards.

• NYSDOT • PANJNY Port Authority • NYC DDC • Dept. of Buildings • Commercial construction. We cover a wide array of ever-expanding scopes from major contractors, firms, departments, and associations.

Our projects include a wide range of infrastructure such as Mill & Fill, Drainage Enhancement, Drawbridge PM Repairs, Community Village Center and the P.S. 62 School Playground.
