Top Summit Apex Estimating is a multi-faceted construction-based company. We use science to help solve the world’s most challenging problems. Our focus is equating Civil Engineering. Soon to be WBE, MBE, and DBE certified.
WHAT WE DO: Construction planning, estimating/takeoff, demolition/site preparation, and inspection all work together to make sure projects are well-organized, safely completed, and meeting code.
OUR EXPERIENCE HANDLING: NYSDOT, PANJNY (Port Authority), and Commercial/Residential construction. We cover a wide array of ever-expanding scopes from major contractors, firms, departments, and associations.
OUR PROJECTS: Our projects include a wide range of infrastructure such as Mill & Fill, Drainage Enhancement, Drawbridge PM Repairs, Community Village Center and the P.S. 62 School Playground.

Our team consists of competent persons capable of performing inspections of a wide variety: paving, drainage, and quality assurance.
